Mobile Web Marketing: Mobile marketing is a multi-channel online marketing technique focused on reaching a specific audience through websites, e-mail, SMS and MMS, social media or mobile applications on their smartphones, tablets or any other related devices. Mobile marketing can provide sensitive, personalized information that promotes goods, services and ideas to customers with time and location. Academic Andreas Kaplan defines mobile marketing in a more theoretical way as “any marketing activity carried out through an omnipresent network to which consumers are constantly connected via a personal mobile device.”
